Job Description
  • Responsible for handling General affairs and office management. For example, copy machines, telephone, electricity, water, canteen, toilet, and various utilities the company.
  • Control and Manage overall business trip arrangements (Flight, hotel, VISA, etc.).
  • Arrangement of VISA and work permit application for Japanese.
  • Support the management team and assist with office tasks & projects.
  • Handle and control office supplies and stationaries.
  • Factory scrap management (General scrap)
  • Support all company events and activities.
  • Reception by taking care of visitors, guests, or customers.
  • Information voice announcement
  • Meeting room management
Qualification
  • Male or Female age 22 - 25 years (Welcome new graduate)
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Graduated in Laws will be advantage)
  • TOEIC score 600 or upper
  • Have a good communication skill and a service mind

  • Diagnosis, maintenance, and resolve IT system, hardware and software issue.
  • Monitor system performance and assist with network troubleshooting and administration.

  • Monitor and analysis the process & production performance include collect the best practices and knowledge to improve work efficiency.
  • Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team & other department to improve processes, productivity and quality.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on operation as principles and methodologies.

  • Have TOEIC score 600 or upper
  • Able to use IOT for improvement the production process. Include use the tool as Six SIGMA and QC 7 Tools for Analysis.
